1. How do I place an order on Emporium Malawi?

To place an order, simply browse our website, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Enter your delivery details, choose your payment method, and confirm your order. Once your order is processed, you'll receive a confirmation email with delivery details.

2. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments via:

Cash on Delivery

Mobile Payments through Airtel Money and TNM Mpamba

3. How do I track my order?

After placing your order, you will receive updates on your order status. You can also contact our customer service team to inquire about the status of your delivery.

4. Do you deliver outside of Lilongwe?

Yes! We deliver to all major regions of Malawi, including the Central, Southern, and Northern regions. Delivery timelines vary based on the type of product and location.

5. Can I change or cancel my order after it’s been placed?

Once your order has been confirmed and processed, we are unable to make changes or cancellations. Please double-check your order before completing the checkout process.

6. How long does delivery take?

Food & Groceries: Delivered the next day (or within two days for orders placed after 2:00 PM).

Other Products: Delivery for imported goods takes 15–21 days, and may take longer due to shipping logistics.

7. What happens if my order is damaged or incorrect?

If your order is incorrect or damaged, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of delivery. We will assess the situation and provide a replacement or store credit.

8. Can I return or get a refund for my purchase?

Due to our policy, we do not accept returns or offer refunds. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we will address the issue.
